How we use your email.

The short version: we use what you send to reply to you about CivicFormat, and for nothing else.

What we collect

• Your work email, and the web address where you post agendas if you choose to give it.
• A timestamp the sign-up form adds, which helps us tell people from automated spam.

That’s all the form collects. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no scripts, fonts or images from other companies.

What we do with it

• We read it and write back about your pilot.
• We don’t send newsletters, show ads, or sell or share your details.
• It arrives as an email to the Ethoic Inc team. We keep it while we’re in touch with you, and we delete it when you ask.

Who else handles it

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver pages and block abuse. Your note reaches us as an email sent through Cloudflare.

To see, correct or delete what we have, write to hello@civicformat.com. If you’d rather not use the form, email us directly.
